The TWIG LTRA ask for FY26 includes "Upper Bijou Park Creek Watershed Restoration Project (UBPC) Phase 3c - Osgood Basin Expansion ($300,000 for planning and $2,700,000 for implementation) for a total ask of $3,000,000. Adding both of these together results in the $5,310,000 request from LTRA included in the Financials. The Rockwood to Blackwood portion of the project was awarded to the low bidder and is anticipated to begin construction in May 2025. The remainder of the projects are finalizing design and are awaiting funding for implementation. |
