- TMDL Performance Measure that tracks the total acres of forestlands with compacted soil, disturbed vegetation, and/or impacted hydrology that have been restored, enhanced or mitigated, or created each year. Disturbed areas are forestlands, other than roads and SEZs, in which soil, hydrologic function, and/or vegetation has been degraded by development, operations undertaken, or natural disturbance. Examples of disturbed areas include areas defined as soft coverage by TRPA, as well as ski runs, staging areas, and landings.
