TMDL Performance Measure that tracks the number of public facilities in the Forested Uplands that are retrofitted with BMPs to reduce runoff volumes and remove fine sediment particles and nutrients contained therein. Public facilities are administrative and/or recreational facilities such as parking lots, trailheads, and buildings located on lands owned by TMDL Non-urban Implementing Partners.
